You can reach us by calling 02/449.05.49 from 8am till 20pm. After these hours refer to your family doctor or to the emergency department of the nearest hospital.
Following situations need immediate medical attention:
- ‘sudden’ visionloss on a external normal eye
- ‘sudden’ vision of moving spots, flashlights, shadows, wires...
- Straight lines that suddenly become curved or twisted image
- ‘sudden’ double vision
- red, swollen, painful and purulent eye
- foreign object or solution in the eye (f.ex piece of metal, wood, toxic solution, …)
